The goal of this course is to introduce these students to strength training and conditioning movements by teaching them step by step movements while encouraging safety and proper progression. We will focus on specific muscle groups in each session while continuing to promote the importance of full-body strength. Competitive athletes and non-athletes alike are highly encouraged to participate in this course as the benefits of strength and movement are prevalent to all bodies.

Along with the focus on movement, we will also educate students on exercise nutrition and fueling their bodies properly. With the hustle and bustle of today's society, it takes commitment to eat and recover properly. Knowing what to eat and having examples of healthy snacks is half the battle- the other half is actually doing it.  We will share healthy snacks and recipes to take away each week to aid in the commitment!
